Employment & Vocational Services
We are proud to provide employment and vocational services through our contract with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Our services are designed to help individuals build confidence, develop workplace skills, and achieve greater independence through meaningful employment opportunities.
We provide individualized support throughout the employment process—from identifying strengths and interests to preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining employment.
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Through hands-on experiences and individualized support, students ages 15-22 have opportunities to explore career interests, develop workplace skills, learn about employment options, and gain confidence as they transition from school to employment and adult life.
Vocational Adjustment Training (VAT)
Vocational Adjustment Training is designed for individuals ages 18 and older who are preparing for employment or working toward greater independence in the workplace. Through individualized instruction, hands-on training, and real-world experiences, participants develop the skills and confidence needed to successfully navigate the workplace.
Job Placement
Assistance identifying and pursuing employment opportunities that align with each individual’s strengths, interests, and abilities.
Job Skills Training
Hands-on instruction to develop essential workplace skills, including communication, task completion, workplace expectations, and professionalism.
Work Adjustment Training
Practical training focused on building work stamina, productivity, reliability, workplace behavior, and skills needed for successful job performance.
Supported Employment
Individualized support to help individuals successfully obtain and maintain employment in integrated work environments.
