early transition services

We are proud to collaborate with Fort Bend ISD to support students through adult transition services designed to build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections as they prepare for life beyond high school.

Through this collaboration, students have the opportunity to attend our facility three days per week to socialize, develop vocational and interpersonal skills, and participate in meaningful activities that promote independence and community engagement. 

Students spend the remaining two days per week at their high school, allowing them to continue receiving educational support while gaining valuable real-world experiences in an adult-focused setting.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where students can strengthen life skills, explore vocational interests, build relationships, and develop the confidence needed for their next chapter.
